Return Policy

Here at Halliwell Boutique, we understand that you might need to return a purchase. We gladly accept returns of unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and tags-attached items. Purchases are eligible for STORE CREDIT only when returned within 30 business days of your order being fulfilled. Unfortunately, after this timeframe, you will not be eligible for a return. No makeup or deodorant stains, perfume, dog hair, cigarette smell, or stains of any kind will be accepted.

Please note that the following categories are final sale and cannot be returned:  

-Clearance Items or Items marked "final sale"

* Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout due to our dedication to quick processing times.  We do not offer refunds or credits for lost or stolen packages*

Return Instructions

The customer is responsible for shipping fees.

 Once we have received your return of purchase, please allow 4-5 business days to process your return. Once processed, you will be emailed your store credit information.
