SHIPPING POLICY

Orders typically, but cannot be guaranteed, arrive in 3-7 business days after the tracking number has been initiated. 

PLEASE double check your shipping address! Once we ship your order, you will be charged for us to ship it the second time if you entered the wrong address. If you do put the wrong address and it gets shipped back to us, we will email you upon receipt and you will purchase our reshipment along with providing an updated address.

We cannot be held accountable where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address. If you experience an issue, please reach out to the carrier to further investigate what occurred. 

 

Once your package leaves our facility, we no longer have control over your package. Once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled, changed, or modified after checkout due to our dedication to quick processing times.  We do not offer refunds or credits for lost or stolen packages*

 

Damaged Products

If your package arrives damaged, please contact Info@halliwellboutique.com within 24 hours of the package arriving at the shipping address. Please provide a picture of the damage and your order number so that our team can best address the problem.
